Areas of Focus
These are the main areas of focus as we complete your home inspection and what you can expect within the report. These are not the only areas inspected, but just a main overview.
Structural
Determining structural integrity of the dwelling place itself, looking for any evidence of prior water damage, shifting, or cracking of the foundation and exterior structure.
Electrical
We will perform standard testing of the HVAC and electrical systems ensuring they operated within applicable safety codes within the property notating any areas of concern.
Fixtures
We will test all fixtures within the property including plumbing: faucets, toilets, garbage disposal, and other applicable units.

As a member of the national home inspector certification group, Internachi, your home inspector has completed rigorous training, successfully passed all module testing, and received certification from the organization. This is completed prior to applying for and completing the necessary state testing requirements, achieving licensing within the state of Oklahoma.
